Ingredients
  • 5 cup cooked pasta
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalk
  • 1 onion
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp blackpepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 cup slice green onion
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  2. Boil the chicken breast then cut it up into pieces while waiting for the pasta cooked.
  3. Put onion, garlic, and tomato in the food processor, process it until smooth, resemble the sauce, some chunks of it are ok.
  4. Cut up carrot, red bell pepper, celery and green bean into small pieces.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil on the skillet over medium heat, saute the onion mixture sauce, cook it until the liquid lightly reduce about 5 minutes.
  6. Add vegetables, cook it until soft.
  7. Add cooked chicken breast and cooked pasta, stir it.
  8. Add salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, dried basil, stir it.
  9. Serve it with sliced green onion.
