This smoothie is perfect for breakfast to start the day, it is very healthy full of fiber, antioxidant, vitamins and minerals.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup spinach, can be substitute with other green leafy vegetable
- 1/2 cup or more fresh squeeze orange juice, depending what consistency you want, packaged orange juice is fine too.
- Put all ingredient in blender, process it until smooth.
