Quick, easy and healthy three different apricot smoothies recipes with only three ingredients you can make in the busy morning or anytime you want a fresh drink throughout the day. This smoothie is fresh, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut free.

One thing about summer that makes me excited after the garden is these fresh produces lining up at the grocery aisle, farmer market, or a pop-up market. Ha! I called it pop-up market because you know when you drive for a little trip, then you find someone setting up a temporary pop-up market by the side of the road, they have all kind of orchard’s harvest to sell.

Because you can’t get these fruit stones all year long. It might be available every day, but the frozen sections are different than the freshly picked and juicy sweetness fruits. I hope you agree with me about this one.

All right, from most of these fruit stones, apricot is my favorite one. In fact, I craved apricot when I carry my second daughter. I hope it isn’t too much information? Oh well, anyway, the first thing I got was these apricots, and I turn it into these fresh smoothies.

I only use three ingredients for each smoothie recipe here. You will find all you need in your kitchen mostly, not the fancy things but the taste is fresh and worth to try anytime you get apricot on your shopping list.

Even better if you have the apricot tree, that is like my dream to have it grow in my garden, but I don’t think it is possible, as I live in the zone 4A which is very cold and long winter with full of snow for almost six months.

What I like about adding avocado to smoothies, it adds creaminess without using yogurt. Avocado won’t alter the taste of other fruits. On the other hand about the banana, you still can taste it even if you mix it with other fruit. Or maybe that is just me, who like to test all kind of smoothies.

Do you have your favorite smoothies? Add this apricot smoothies to your daily meal. Or try these fresh smoothies too!

Have you checked to see if there any apricot trees that live in your area? I not in Arizona, and I even found two that work out here with the summer heat. A lot of the stone fruit trees require chill hours in order to fruit. We only had two options to choose from that would actually live and fruit out here, if you were in a cooler climate there might be some that would survive! And thank you for the recipes, I am trying them out this weekend!

Thank you. I have never seen apricot tree in my area so far, but I saw some in warmer place like zone 4 above. I might have a slightly chance to make the tree survive here, but we always have a late frost up to April once in a while.
